Miley Caughel Signs With Lawrence Tech University

Miley Caughel has committed to Lawrence Tech University to further her athletic and academic career. Miley will be running cross country, indoor, and outdoor track for the Blue Devils while pursuing her degree.

While a student-athlete at Port Huron Northern, Miley competed at the varsity level all four years of high school. She was named to the MAC All-Academic Team each of her four years, earned the Lawrence Tech Athletic and Academic Scholarship, and was an MITCA Indoor States competitor in 2025 in the Distance Medley Relay.

Miley graduated Magna Cum Laude from PHN and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Miley is interested in studying Mechanical Engineering and chose Lawrence Tech for its small campus and job opportunities after college.
