Disclaimer: Athletic.net records are only as accurate as their entries, so there will obviously be some top performances that are missing, whether it be due to the performance year prior to the widespread use of the internet, etc.  There are definitely coaches and athletes who have marks missing from the list, but as it's nearly impossible to hunt those all down, athletic.net will serve as the "official record".  The top entries in sprint events and relays are only listed if they were FAT timed, as hand-timing in short sprints is often inconsistent and inaccurate.  FAT timing provides a reliable and fair comparison.
